Who we are

Furrgus is salon software for dog groomers, run by [company name]. We are responsible for the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you ask for help moving over, we collect what you type into the form: your name, salon name, email, mobile number, town, the number of groomers, what you use now and anything else you tell us.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to get in touch with you about Furrgus, arrange a call and, if you join, set up your salon. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made.

We never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who handles it for us

Sign-ups are delivered to us by email through Resend, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both handle data only on our instructions.

When a salon connects Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp

A salon using Furrgus can connect its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number, so its team can post and answer customers from Furrgus. We keep the account names and ids, the permissions granted, the id Facebook gives the person who connected them, and an encrypted access key. We use them only to post and reply for that salon, never for advertising, and we never sell them.

How to remove that access, or ask us to delete it, is set out on our Deleting your data page at furrgus.com/data-deletion.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to use Furrgus, we delete your details within 12 months of our last conversation, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email [contact email] and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
